Text message terms
Terms for text messages that election offices send to their poll workers through the Election Admin Suite. Last updated October 27, 2026.
What the program is
Election offices use the Election Admin Suite (electionadminsuite.com) to text their poll workers about their work: assignments, training reminders and Election Day notices.
Who gets texts
Only poll workers who give a mobile number and agree to receive text messages on their poll worker application. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
How often
Message frequency varies. Most messages come in the weeks before an election and on Election Day.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
